LG and AT&T has launched a new cellphone LG Encore. The LG Encore is a quad-band (GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and dual-band (UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900 MHz) unit.
The LG Encore comes with a TFT touchscreen that measures 3-inches and provides a resolution of 240×400 pixels, as well as a 3-megapixel camera for the photos and videos, and a battery life that can last 3 hours in talking-mode or 10 days in standby-mode.

This phone also has featured a built-in GPS for navigation, microSD memory cards of 16GB and an internal memory of 32MB, Bluetooth 2.1 wireless connectivity with A2DP stereo support, and for those that prefer corded listening, a 3.5mm headset jack is also included.

The LG Encore is already available for purchase with a price tag of $50 including a 2-year contract.
