HTC TERA from HTC has been rumored to be released in April 2010. The HTC Tera is a landscape-oriented slider phone measuring 115 x 53 x 15.5 mm.
The phone will have a 3.0-inch WQVGA resistive touchscreen and a 3.2-megapixel pixel camera with autofocus. The HTC Tera is powered by a 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, and runs the Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. The phone packs 512 MB ROM and 256 MB RAM. The phone works on WCDMA/HSPA at 900/2100 MHz and GSM/GPRS/EDGE at 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks. Maximum speed on this phone for uploading is 2Mbps and downloading is at 7.2Mbps. Operating system is Windows Mobile 6.5. It can accept memory cards through its MicroSD slot. Wireless connection is possible on this phone with features such as 802.11b/g. This phone features Bluetooth with features such as 2.1 with EDR. Battery on this phone and for this phone is a 1300mAH. There are other notable features as well such as the Motion G-sensor; a 3.5mm audio jack; a MicroUSB; a program called Straight Talk Lite; People, TouchFLO 3D; Business Card Scanner; Auto speaker phone.
